New to food tracking

Been exercising for about a year and have tried to control my food portions, but seem to be stuck in my weight loss journey. So I have decided to start tracking my food intake along with my exercise. This system seems to work well with my Garmin so wish me luck!

Hi! You don't need luck - you just need a food scale for solids, some measuring cups/spoons for liquids and a bit of patience in finding accurate database entries. I prefer to use the computer when adding/finding new foods as it's easier to see the nutritional info and edit it if necessary.4
