Female; 5ft; Goal of 125-130 Ib's.

Hello everyone. I've been stuck big time for the past year or so, i gave up calorie counting when my birthday came around and i recently have been trying to get back into it. I could use with some encouragement. Anyone care to be my friend? I'd appreciate it :) Current weight is 148, I'm heavily trying to get down to 125-130. Wish it could be lower but i cant even get down to 145 lately. :(
