Welcome. The key is persistence. You mess up a day, out stubborn yourself and make the next day your first day. Fight for control every day and celebrate even the smallest victory. And don't punish yourself or fret over any mistakes. In fact, they aren't mistakes. They are just a day that didn't go as planned.. like getting a flat tire on your way to work. Your week isn't ruined. Just that day. You still can average below maintenance by the end of the week.0
