How many kg loss is realistic in 2 weeks on diet, exercise & intuitive eating?

How many kg is it realistic to lose the right way on diet, exercise, healthy & intuitive eating??

    To be honest, I think if intuitive eating is done right it would set you up to eat maintenance calories. Your body would intuitively request what it needs to keep up the status quo. Which means the loss would be 0.

    It all depends if you create a calorie deficit. It's not really intuitive to do that for most people.

    Lots of good replies. I would also ask how good your "intuitive eating" is.

    It took me over 2 years of MFPing to get to a point where I don't have to log anything and am able to maintain.

    While nutrition is important for body composition, health, and satiety, your calorie deficit will drive your weight loss.

    Eat a balanced diet of mostly nutrient dense foods with some treats thrown in here and there if they make you happy, use a food scale, and read the forum stickies about how to properly log your intake.

    I'd say it really depends on the calorie density of what you eat "intuitively". If you eat a lot of fruits and veggies, minimize fat, meat, cheese, non-complex carbs, you can probably lose a kg. For higher weight loss, sadly you're just going to have to meal plan.

    -1 to +1 kg and anywhere in between. With intuitive eating without calorie counting you never know if you're eating too much or too little. In addition to that, how much you can lose depends on your current stats.

    .5 to 1 kg per week depending on how low you are willing to go on calories.
    Dont use intuition - use calories counting and weighing - thats the definite way to make it work.
