Does anyone drink Matcha tea? If so, how much, how often? What does it taste like? Thx!

It depends. Real matcha or the fake 'matcha' flavored stuff?

It is a little floral, I really love the taste. Then again, it may be because I get the good stuff in the Asian grocers. Love me the 'latte' ones.

Doesn't do much for weight loss unless it helps curb your sweet tooth, I guess. Depends on the person. Just like some people stay on track overall better if they can have a mini choco bar here or there to keep them 'sane'.

Nope, I don't get anything from them what-so-ever.

But again, I don't really believe it does anything weight-loss related. I just like the taste, so inputting on that.

I drink a glass daily: 1/2 tsp mixed into cold water, add a citrus wedge & ice.

Tastes good, maybe has useful phytochemicals (don't know for sure, don't much care), does nothing whatsoever for weight loss that I can see. Tastes . . . unusual. The kind of thing I'd expect not everyone will like.

I like it. It’s earthy and, like someone said above, kinda floral. It has caffeine, so I drink it as a little mid day pick up. I buy the plain stuff in the vitamin section, so that I can add my own sugar to taste.
