    Regret to disagree. over half of the people I've ever seen do pushups, planks, situps, and squats wrong in a fantastic array of ways. Videos or competent training are important.

    google "your are your own gym", "convict conditioning" and "nerd fitness" most exercises can be done at home with limited equipment.
