Weighing ribs

I assume when something is listed as Baby back ribs (4 oz) 200 calories it is referring to the meat only. I weighed 2 ribs and they were over 7 oz with the bones in and the bones were 2 oz after I finished, so actually a little over 5 oz. of meat. Is that how people weigh these, or just guess that 2 ribs is about 200 or so calories? I like to pre-record, but guess I could go back and change after the fact. Bone in chicken would be the same problem.

Yup, only track what you consume. I note the weight before I eat it, then weigh the bones after.

I avoid eating meat with bones for that reason... I can't be bothered figuring it out! Haha.
