Recently I posted about two major milestones: getting out of the obese BMI range and also getting under 200 lb.
Today I broke another major milestone, finally getting under 90 kg.
Total weight loss so far is 39.2 kg (86.2 lb).
Still more to go, but making progress.

And then there are the daily scale fluctuations to contend with. This morning's weight was 1 kg higher than yesterday's! Oh well. It will be down again.0
