Hello All I am looking for help with maintaining a low carb lifestyle. Any suggestions or help would greatly be appreciated!!!

    Hi Emily!

    Please tell us what you mean by "low carb lifestyle". Is there a particular diet you want to follow? Atkins? South Beach? Or just general reduction of carbs in your diet? Please tell us if you are looking to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain your weight. Do you have already a general list of carbs you'd like to avoid or switch to?

    One thing I can suggest right away is to be faithful to your food diary here. :) You will want to make changes in your diet right away when you see the real facts about what you are eating! Another thing I can suggest right away is to start drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day, if you don't already. Start gradually if you don't already drink that much water, continue as-is if you do. If you're trying to lose weight, this is one way to get the "weight" out of your person. ;)
