I am completely new to both health and fitness. I would love to make some new friends to help motivate each other and possibly even give me some tips. (Or we can learn new things together if you're just as new to this as me!) I am a very open minded person and although I do struggle with anxiety, I am extremely friendly and kind. ☺️ I will be logging everything I eat daily as well as my exercise. I'm also open to chatting but I am in college so sometimes my replies come a bit late.. Let's help motivate each other!!

    Hi! You can add me. I deal with all sorts of mental health issues (mainly depression and anxiety which both at times are debilitating and I fall way off the wagon and down the mountain lol). I'd say I'm pretty friendly. I have a son, husband and two nutty dogs. I hope I can be positive motivation for you! :-)

    Please add me! As a night shift nurse I struggle a great deal with motivation. I am new to fitness too & looking for tips/lessons & support. I'll also be logging my food, water & exercise

    I must sent you a friend request . :) I too am approaching this as a lifestyle change. So far it's helped my anxiety and depression (although I'm sure there will be ups and downs)!
