Pulled Pec

I pulled my pec about a week ago, it is feeling a bit better but I don't want to push it. I've been doing a lot of lower body workouts and as much as I love working lower body I miss upper body workouts. Plus I was just making some great gains. What should I avoid doing? Can I work my shoulders?

Have you been to a physical therapist? Are you sure it's a pulled pec? I injured my Serratus Anterior last year and because it runs underneath the pec at first I thought that was what I had injured. The rehabs will be different. I would say it's safe to do anything that doesn't give you pain.2

Yeah, my doc said it's just a slight pull. I think I'm gonna start slowly building up again. Appreciate the response!0

I did decline bench and I believe my form was a little off for the lift. I have a high pain tolerance and didn't realize it until the next chest day.0
