Long term weight loss- motivation and support challenge

I think there can be some extra emotional and physical challenges with weight loss that takes a loooong time. So to help with that, this challenge is for anyone who will need to be losing weight for years, either due to the amount of weight, or due to other reasons that may slow down weight loss (like health issues).

So, the challenge is to do the following once a week, starting on whatever day you wish:

1. Your weight and/or weight change since last check in.
2. Something that was positive OR negative this last week.
3. Words of encouragement for whomever posted just before you.


1. Weight-217
weight change- + 3 pounds
2. Feeling frustrated because poor health hijacked my ability to exercise this last week
3. Positive words- I'll have to wait until next time. :-)
