I didn’t want to workout... anyone else feel like this?

After a long 11 hr day on my feet in new work boots the last thing I wanted to do was workout! I wanted to have some beer and junk food and relax. I forced myself to have grilled chicken salad and water and do an hour of cardio while my son did his homework. I’m feeling pretty good that I chose to workout because I want to hit my goal weight. Oh but that beer sure sounds good

Only everyday of my life. All I have to do is look at an old picture and then I get that workout over with.1

Me too! I used to be much heavier (301) and I really want to get to 150 by January1
