Hi everybody. 35 yr old mom here, trying to straighten out my life for myself and to set a good example for my daughter.
At 300 lb I have a long way to go in the weight department. In the past I had a tendency to go overboard with diet and exercise. (Losing 1 lb per day until I make myself sick) This time I am focusing on slowly improving my health.
Expecting my new level of determination, along with being treated for underactive thyroid to make this be the time that works.
