I'm in. My daily goal is 1200 with an additional 100 calories allowed on days that I exercise. In addition, I am quitting processed sugar. Tomorrow Friday, October 27th will be my first day.2

Good morning everyone and welcome to the FIRST DAY OF THE CHALLENGE!!!!
So, there is a time-difference here, I guess, right now its 7.30 in the morning at my place and I am going to check in again and write my calories for the day later tonight.

I will keep an eye on the your YES/NO and there will be no mercy - if you have written NO three times and there is a fourth…. We will never see your likes again. (in this challenge).
My goal is 1200 calories - but additional when I work out. So my goal is really to stay within the green zone!!
Ok for the slow learners: If I work out and burn 300 calories and I eat 1300 calories my endofthedaypost will look like this:

NOTE!!! This is not the place to post about your awesome weight-loss-progress, we dont want to know! Maybe some of us aren’t seeing results at all and this challenge is all about focusing on the PROCESS and not the result.
