How did you set your macros in the first place?

When you stop losing (pounds or inches) with your current macros.

IMO, macros are, at the very most/best, loosely correlated to weight/inches. Macros are more about athletic performance, body composition, and personal preference/satiety. Calories = weight/inches.

Your macro ratios don't need to change unless you have a particular training goal you are trying to reach. Your calorie allotment may need to change, however, so plug your current stats into mfp and choose to maintain, lose, whatever and let mfp recalculate for you.

This. I kept the same macros pretty much the whole time I was losing weight (I adjusted them after the first couple weeks of logging to match my personal preferences). It's your calories that have to change as you get smaller.
