Hello, I am trying to reinvigorate my work out routine. I'm not in bad shape and keep pretty active, just keeping dedicated to my goals is the hardest part. I work a job that sucks up a huge amount of my time and leaves me exhausted at the end of the day. I read a article about a accountability buddy, and figured if i can find someone with similar goals, we could keep each other in check. I'm still learning the ins and outs of the app. Hit me up, I'm 34 69in about 155, my goal is to pack in some extra muscle and increase size and tone.
