Does anyone know of a good workout app that I can download to track my workouts (weights, sit-ups, etc.)? What do you use and what would you rate it?

I use the app "Strong" (it has a black background with a blue barbell). Been using it for a year. Easy to load a custom routines and track. Also shows previous workout weight and rep count.

I tried using one called "Strong" for a while a year or two ago but I felt it was a little cumbersome to do intra-workout. A quick search of the iOS ap store brought up "Strong Workout Tracker Gym Log" so it's still out there and being updated, 4.8/5 rating, apple watch companion app.

Nothing I try works better for me than a printed out excel sheet. I can fit four weeks' blanks on a sheet, tack it to the wall in the basement and quickly mark weight and reps in-between sets. I know not everyone has a home gym or does activities that lend themselves to that sort of tracking but that works best for me.

I greatly preferred a paper notebook when in the gym and planning workouts. I also enter the data and notes afterward at http://weightxreps.net (by far the quickest site to type workouts into).

Google body types. You will find out what body type you are, it will give you the work out according to your body type. (Mesomorph, endomorph, ectomorph).
