This is my go to breakfast! I like mushrooms, tomatoes and green bell peppers in mine and top them off with a tiny pinch of cheese. I make 12 at a time and that’s breakfast for 6 days! They freeze very well. I eat some fresh fruit along with it!0

I've just had shakshuka/huevos rancheros - to make things easier I often use frozen sliced onions and peppers.
Always a savoury breakfast for me .... can't do sweet in the morning!0
