Thought to myself "lost 73lbs in less than 3 years so I'm stronger. I can do stuff I used to do" WRONG. I moved a dresser and the queen bed. My legs have always been my strongest body part so I used them to move the bed into place. I now have a knee that needs a steroid injection and several stress fractures in my foot. Guess losing weight doesn't always mean gaining strength.

If you lost weight without doing some sort of resistance exercise (like lifting weights), you lost both fat and muscle. You may actually be weaker now. After your knee and foot heals, you may want to consider starting to strengthen your body. Your body will thank you when it gets older.
Good luck.3 -
For what it's worth, calling a mover is always as good idea.0
