Back at it again :)

Hi everyone! I first had success with MFP 4 years ago, and between tracking and physical activity, I lost 60 lbs. Over the past few years, I've had a variety of changes in my life, including moving in with my now-husband, getting married, and work changes. All wonderful things, but all things that threw me off of my routine. For the past 3.5 years, I've kept up with physical activity - I run (half marathon #6 is next month!), practice yoga, and strength train. But my nutrition has been really off and as a result, I've regained back all but 10 lbs of what I lost. I've spent far too long beating myself up over it (it's a cycle, you know?! ugh), so I'm putting that negative self-talk aside, and getting back to what I know and what works. Always happy to give some extra support around here, so feel free to add me.
