New and pregnant

I joined MFP recently and joined Planet Fitness to lose weight and get healthy. Then last week I found out that I'm pregnant. Can anyone tell me how to adjust the nutrition goals for pregnancy? I'm obviously not trying to lose weight now, but I do want to be as healthy as possible for this baby. Thank you.

Find out from your doctor but from experience, no need to increase your calories. Just eat at maintenance plus some extra calcium sources. And don'the forget your supplements - folic acid especially.
Congratulations on your new adventure!2 -
Talk to your doctor about how much weight you should gain. If you're significantly overweight, he or she may recommend less for you. You can still use MFP to track your intake, using doc's recommendations. You should be able to continue working out, too, assuming an uncomplicated pregnancy. In fact, being fit can help throughout your pregnancy and during labor and delivery. (They don't call it labor for nothing!) Again, be guided by your doctor. Good luck and congratulations.1
