What do we call it? It's not a birthday, but it's a milestone. It's also not a diet, it's a lifestyle. So today is my first HealthStone.
Today I 365 day streak on My Fitness Pal. I'll do an official weigh in later on but I assume it's somewhere in the 165 range @ 12-13% bf. Down from 195 @ 23%bf. I am a 31 yo male.
My lift PRs this year
Squat: 355
Bench: 230
Deadlift: 395
All year I have run some form of Keto with glucose modifications depending on the cycle and goal.
Goal: Fat (not weight) Loss (Cutting)
SKD (Strict Keto)
Goal: Strength Training
500kcal surplus minus glucose costs
TKD (Targeted Keto)
Goal: Recomp
Maintenance Calories
TKD (targeted Keto)
My nutrition consists of a good mix of mono/poly and saturated fats and an adequate but not absurd amount of protein (.85g/lb lbm).
Cardio is kept to a minimum and was only performed in the form of LISS training. Read: I walk about two miles a day during lunch 5x a week. 10miles of walking a week adds up to about 1000kcal of which I add back about 625 (+125 daily)
