If anyone wants to find a workout on YouTube that incorporates strength training and cardio, I would suggest hoy millionaire. Start with the beginners videos for a month and then you'll be able to do his videos. Also pop pilates are pretty good too. They really encourage you to go the extra mile and you never get bored of the workouts. You also don't need any equipment!! For right now, hoy millionaire is doing wonders for my fitness, and I use a waist trainer along with it to burn more fat.
Fyi: fitness blender is also great but sometimes I get a little bored of the videos so I like to listen to music instead while doing it

I love Fitness Blender! I do their workouts 5-6 days a week. I have seen great results!2
