What level of activity should I put?

Hi there!
Look my doubt is: I use an activity tracker synchronized with mfp account, so my activity automatically go to "exercises" and adds up calories to what i can eat in that day.
As my exercises calories are already being added, should i set my configurations as sedentary (so that my basic calorie intake is of someone who doesn't do anything and the exercises i do come as extra calories added from my tracker) or should i consider the activity i do weekly and put as active, gaining more calories to eat daily, but also gaining the calories from the exercise that syncs. Wouldn't I just be only adding the exercises twice in doing so?

If you have negative adjustments turned on, it doesn't matter because the system will bring things in line with reality as measured by your tracker.
