How to calculate your calorie intake?

Hi everyone!

So I started to use my fitness pal and I’ve been logging in my food in. I’ve been struggling lately because my calorie intake is at 1650 per day and I workout 4x a week doing weights and cardio for about an hour and half! Since September 30th till today I haven’t lost 1 pound,! Every time I step on the scale it says I am either on my current weight or I’ve gained a pound! I’m so frustrated and unmotivated because I feel like my body is tired from working out and not seeing any results! I lost 32 pounds but ever since for months now, i can’t seem to lose anything. This is making me not wanna workout and I’m just not motivated. I don’t know what to do to bring my weight down? Any suggestions? Anything would help. Thank you in advance.
