Anyone got any good advice on what weight training to do i can only use my upper body as im waiting on an operation for leg. Im wanting to do somthing to improve my health and diet and moods.

When I was training for a long triathlon that practically prevented me from strength training my legs, I just benched and overhead pressed, then did some pull-ups and barbell curls. You could also barbell row.
That said, I'm not sure exactly what you mean by 'only use my upper body'. If you can't stand on your feet or carry a bit of weight with your legs then a lot of these exercises are going to be non-starters.0
