New to this(2 & half weeks in)

Hello,

So I'm pretty new to this but find it's helping me add up my calories a lot better.
I've started at 295 pounds and am now down to 283.

I'm currently working out 6 times a week and tend to fail my diet on Saturdays..

My biggest change is not having a drink on the Friday after a hectic week at work.

I'm doing it a slightly lazy way, I'm doing it with a few healthy ready meals now and then to save time preparing lunch/dinner.

    Well hello we all have to start somewhere! Me I started with calorie counting and walking daily. It's a start for me and I'm working on losing 95 lbs.
