Kat's here! :) I am starting to fully track now!

Hello everyone!

I started my fitness journey about two months ago now, have "dabbled" in a meal plan, and I've come to the point where I realized I really have to start tracking my food and excersize, fully!

I have Kung Fu training 3x /week (2h sessions), and 30min bootcamps on the days I don't have Kung Fu. It's a nice rotation throughout mon-fri. On Saturday it's both, and on Sunday it's rest. I also have a cute doggo that likes her walkies every day but I struggle walking her daily (bad doggo mommy
