Hello from India

Hi

I am a 33 year old mother of 2. I weigh 158lbs. At just about 5 ft., as you can imagine this is a lot. I have gone on diets before and have done it all but am heartily tired the yo yoing and want to get it done and over with once and for all. Being a vegetarian (no meat, no fish, no eggs) who cooks most of my food, calorie counting is a challenge in itself. My insulin resistance and prediabetes makes me hungrier. Looking for a loooot of support. :smile:

I promise I will make weekly updates and post my weigh ins as well as workouts. Have just started with Leslie Sansone Walk away your belly fat - 3 miles and an alternate days have started the C25k program as well. I did week1 day1 yesterday and my musles are soo sore!!

Losing 10 lbs by October...done deal!!
