Hello everybody. My name is Dan and am currently in my, lets just say, 3rd go around at this application. I'm seeking to lose some lbs responsibly to make a push at a weight that I havn't seen for quite sometime. I'm a very active person, but have always failed to grasp a steady and healthy program for my nutrition. If anyone would like to discuss certain aspects of their own nutrition that may help, I would love to hear it. If anyone would like any advice pertaining to fitness, I have a pretty well rounded background in many sports, Currently I rock climb, but my main background has been in football and rugby, Hope to hear from someone.
