Hello I’m trying to some lean muscle mass. What are some tips you can offer. Young female.. I have started lifting some dumbbells 3 set of 10 reps along with some abdominal exercises

Small calorie surplus, strength train and wait patiently.0

Compound movements for legs, chest, back etc. Too many people do isolation movements expecting grand results.1

-Eat in a small surplus (gain up to 0.5lb per week to minimize fat gains)
-Get adequate protein and fat, fill the rest with carbs
-Follow a progressive lifting program for best results. If you don't have access to a gym, there are many programs that utilize bodyweight and dumbbells.
