2nd run day.

It was the 2nd day of couch to 5k. In my head, I had already talked myself out of running. I mean, it was almost 90 in my part of Texas. But I did it, and it felt rough today. I was a pretty decent athlete in my teens, but when my legs strike the ground during a stride, it does not feel the same. what happened to my "spring" lol. I ran further and faster than day 1. Today I am happy I did what was uncomfortable and did the damn thang.

Congrats on making it to Day 2! I couldn't imagine trying to run in 90 degree heat, I switched my running to the early morning so I can get my miles in while it's still in the 60's in downtown LA. I'm prepping for my second 10K race this Sunday and can't wait!1
