Is anyone familiar with this? It's only 15 minutes. Very low impact. But for someone like me who is really out shape...it's perfect to start.

Question is...what type of exercise is it? Aerobics? Calisthenics? Tried to enter it in my diary, but I have no idea what it's called. Thanks!

If you are just starting after being sedentary for a while 15 min of low impact sounds perfect.
Once you can do the routine with ease add something else, even a 10 min walk will do. Just keep gently pushing yourself forward.
Enter it under either of those options, just use the same one consistently.

And yes, even though it is 15 min, eat back your calories. Then, as your work out progresses you will be able to adjust your intake easier.

    Cheers, h.

Thank you. I had tried aerobics, but for that the burn was around 120. I know I didn't exert that much energy. Lol!

I found it on YouTube searching for "exercise". There were all kinds. I chose his because I knew the name.
