University fam - Weekend drinkers

Looking for people at University/College or people who struggle on weekends to help motivate me and I’ll motivate you back !
I can be a chubster on weekends when I don’t have homework. Wine + beer is my weakness.
Add me up if you have similar problems, I’ve been doing pretty great during the week days

    I've been out of university for about 15 years now...... and exactly what you described is my problem as well. I do not intend to drink alcohol this weekend........ and will stick to water. I know that if I have 1 glass of wine, that leads to another.... and then I don't care about losing weight..... so I just drink the bottle....... feel kind of crappy the next day...... and then I have cravings for grease an salt....... better just not have that 1st glass of wine for me. I'm aiming for a lifestyle change where I only have wine or beer when there is an event/occasion where I really want it like a wedding, work Christmas party, etc. and not every time a friend stops by.

    Wine. If I’m drinking w friends, I’ll get half of the wine (3 oz) and fill the rest up w soda water. It still tastes enough like wine to me and I can keep drinking more.

    For beer, I’ll get light beer and have them W some low sodium tomato juice.

    Pre-log your alcohol and make it work for the week. Get your exercise in before drinking so that you don't cancel due to hangover. A bottle of wine is about 600 calories. About an hour of walking will burn ~300 calories.
