How often do you allow yourself to have a cheat day?

    Once every 2 weeks or so I find one absolutely necessary. As in, I'll start out healthy and suddenly I've eaten half a wheel of guava paste with a brick of cheese and then, well, that's all she wrote.

    I don’t necessarily have a cheat day but a cheat meal usually both Saturdays and sundays but I still try to stay within my calories I try to exercise so I do use up my exercise calories those days. I WOULDN'T have pancakes for breakfast, chick fil a for lunch, and then Dominos pizza for dinner on the same day no,no, no! I would pick one of those meals then eat healthy or not much the rest of the day.

    Never. What am I cheating on? If I want something, I fit it into my weekly calories.

    I've never done Cheat Days. I find ways to fit what I want into a regular day.

    If I did do Cheat Days, they'd be 4 days long...staying consistent is easy if I keep it up, if I let my guard down for 1 day it's easy to fall back into my old habits.
