Am I sedentary, lightly, or moderately active?

Yesterday and today were pretty average days for me in terms of activity level. Yesterday, I slept in pretty late and got a full 12 hours of sleep because I got home late the night before. When I woke up, I made some breakfast, went outside and played with my dog for about 15 minutes, went upstairs, showered, cleaned up my room, and then was sitting around for about 2-3 hours. By this time it was 5 pm and I started making dinner which took about an hour. Then I helped my sister transfer furniture from one bedroom to another for about a half an hour and I also vacuumed for 15 minutes. After dinner, I went on a 45 minute long walk and then came home. Today, I pretty much sat around minus the occasional getting up out of boredom, cleaning up something, going to the bathroom etc until 1 pm. I went grocery shopping for about 2 hours and then did a quick 4 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) routine at home. Then, I spent about 2 hours in the kitchen baking and cooking for my mom's birthday tomorrow and cleaning up the aftermath. I hear so many mixed answers on what sedentary and lightly active really is so I have no idea what I actually am. I think I'm lightly active because I don't sit on my butt all day and I do intentional exercise about 5 times a week for at least 1/2 an hour. However, I'm confused so if anyone with more knowledge on the topic could help that would be great.

If you're not sat for long periods of time everyday, then I'd put light activity and then add any exercise you do including cleaning, walking, etc.
