Just want to say a big hello to all ..
My weight has been up and down so finding it hard to get of 16 stone I'm on medication as I had a stroke 5 months ago so is it them that's stopping me from losing I did hit 15 but I went back up I know I need to do alot more I've lost my mojo anyone out their help me to be more motivated I walk I bike I did bit yoga but I can't be to much (doc says) I was doing 30 min cardio b4 stroke
