What are your goals besides weight loss?

37 here so I’m in this group
My goals here are to get stronger for rock climbing and mountain climbing. I tried it once and had the best time of my life. However I also realized I needed to get better at this before my next attempt at it.
Feel free to add me, I’m not sure how to add people on my end

    Hi!
    My weight training goals for the end of the year is to squat 215 for three reps and bench 150 for a single.
    My body goals is to maintain my size (roughly) but gain 2-5 pounds of muscle!

    Once I get closer to my weight loss goals, I'll switch things up at the gym. Less cardio, more strength training. I plan to eventually take up power lifting early next year.

    I'd like to drop 2 dress sizes and get my abdomen <35 inches.

    Welcome! I'm focused on building lean muscle. Lifting is something I used to dread, but so was running and now I run 3 times a week :smile:
