So just got done at an amusement park. Spent around 4 hours walking or standing with a 17lb baby strapped to my chest. My garmin says I burned around 700 calories. Can i log that or maybe half of that as exercise for the day?

4 hours walking, sounds about right. Calculating calorie burns are just estimates anyway. If you track your intake well and you are losing weight then your calorie burns are on target.1
