Hi all,
I have a question for anyone who is familiar with the 8/16 way of eating.
I will be eating at 9am, 1pm and 5pm. I do all my cardio in the evening, which luckily suppresses my appetite. As my cardio is in the form of classes, I can't change this. I will therefore have eaten about 2-3 hours before I do cardio.
Is that optimal? And what about weight training? I've heard it's best to do that in a fasted state, and if that's the case I might schedule that for first thing in the morning, and have a hearty breakfast afterwards.
Thoughts?
