Want to get one but not sure if it's worth the investment. Who has one and how has it helped you?

I love my Fitbit! It was a Christmas 2016 gift and it has motivated me to get moving. I like numbers and stats, and you get plenty of them on the band and on the app. You can also 'friend' people like on here, and challenge each other to step contests. Plus it synchs up with MFP so your exercise calories are done automatically.

IMO, if anything it's a great tool to help you identify if you're being active or not. I have a Fitbit Charge 2 for 2 main reasons: to see if I'm moving around enough and as a watch.

I went for a cheaper option: lenovo. It has heart rate monitor, steps, sleep monitor etc the app is just not as good and does not link to mfp. I just created a custom exercise and input calories burnt manually on mfp. It cost me $30 so value for money is good. It holds charge well too.
