So I’ve been trying to mantain for the last few months to no success. It appears I’ve dropped another 2-3lbs from just one week on holiday.

At the moment I eat 500kcals for breakfast, lunch and tea, as well as another 500kcals on snacks throughout the mid-afternoon and evening. I believe this is partially because I never reach my snack total, so I might take my dinner intake up by another 100kcals.

Has anyone got any ideas/suggestions of calorie-rich snacks?

Add some avocado to yoyr meals. Sliced on a sandwich, or in the side with eggs.

Nuts are an easy way to up your calories. You'll need to look up exact amounts but 100 calories of nuts is likely 1/8 th of a cup or less.

    You're eating 1000 cals a day?
Add extra butter and olive oil to anything you can.
For a snack try Cheese, butter, and bread or crackers.

Hummus & veggies (carrots especially) are my favorite snack. Or if I am on the go I also like nature valley bars. Bananas with peanut butter...apples with peanut butter....peanut butter...lmao (I may be slightly obsessed)
