how to use all our points

at the end of the day I have points left over in almost every category and I don't know how to eat the right foods to get them all down to where they should be

    If you're new to this, just focus on getting to your calorie goal. Once you have that working, then you can play around with macros and see what ratio satiates you the best.

    Make sure you log correctly (not underestimate; in fact you shouldn't estimate at all, just weight and log, and use valid entries). And there are no "right" foods. Eat food you like and hit your calorie goal.

    Are you talking about your macro and micronutrients? You're not going to hit every single thing perfectly from day to day. Just do the best you can and most importantly, focus on eating all of your calories without going over consistently. :)

    Don't do a bunch of hand wringing over your macros...it's really not that important outside of fitness performance and more advanced body composition goals which aren't really going to come into play until you're pretty lean anyway.
