Hello, I'm Amy, I am 25 years old and have been a yoyo dieter for years. I have used MFP before and fell off the wagon. I am looking to make a lasting lifestyle change, I need to count calories to see what actual portions look like! I want to lose at least 65Ibs because that would bring me from the obese category into a normal weight, that being said I am more concerned with losing inches and lifting weights to maintain the muscle that I do have. I also do HIIT atm... Would love some support/like minded/active people to add :)
