Why I'm here

First day here and new to this app! I'm here after falling off the wagon just under a year ago. I used to eat very healthy and work out 5 to 7 days a week . I was very fit. I miss that and want to be healthier again! I had a car accident the day before Halloween a year ago. I'm fine now so no more EXCUSES! We all have to make time and sacrifices for those things very important to us right?
