What are you craving?0

Low-carb, high-fat, moderate protein. My cravings have been gone since like August. The sweet tooth is gone too. Good luck, you will probably get 10,000 different contradicting pieces of advice, but that's what has worked for me.1

Cravings go away even if I don't give in to them. I just found that out again - was near to rage-tears wanting a big calorie dense lunch ... ate healthy stuff instead, and guess what, I am over it. Hope I remember this next time.1

Prevent cravings, to some extent, by eating a wide variety of whole foods, food you like, regular meals, treats on occasion. Moderate exercise, sufficient sleep and rest, managing stress and emotions. Don't demonize anything, but keep trigger foods away.
Adresss - not fix - cravings by staying busy, give in to some cravings, and then just tolerate residual cravings.1 -
