Lets help each other commit to being fit!

Because I must stop over eating! And I really, really need to get back to (dare I say) Running. Over all being active. I have been a bum for a few months but I've battled with weight since I was a kid. Food is delicious, comforting, and my weakness lol. I'm ready to get back at it, and would love some supportive friends! Thanks! ( would love to swap recipes ECT, maybe meet up with people in my area for a jog? )

    Welcome! I used to hate running, now I run at least 3 times a week in the morning and my goal is to run a 10K race every month :) Medium-term goal is to build up my mileage to 15K and half-marathon. If all goes well, the LA Marathon in 2019 is in my sights!
