Adding a wikipedia link, since googling CBT with safe search off could be traumatizing.

Sorry no help with the online thing but. CBT is basically and I am really just gonna tell you what I learned from going to many a session. Think things through.. like.. if I eat this.. it will result in me feeling like this..is that worth it..instead of this action I am going to do this..."distraction".. CBT kinda tries to retrain your brain to think things through prior to just doing it.. sometimes a person can go on autopilot wether it's a addiction to food or shopping what have you..there are many ways of distraction from meditation to watching television or listening to the radio..I would advise you to pick up a good CBT book before spending the money on therapy. CBT works great for some and others nothing the book will get you started to see if you want to go forward0

I googled it just to learn the dirty meaning. It took quite a while. The therapy is all the top results so I'd say it's safe to Google lol but now that I know it seems so obvious1

Ha! Well I googled and got 7 pages of therapy results with the odd motorcycle training course thrown in, so none the wiser as to the dirty meaning lol
Try Urban Dictionary. That's as far as I'm going to go. I would advise against an image search.1 -

As you are a female you probably won't flinch quite as much as the male community when you do find out.....2
