Ready to work off baby weight, who’s with me??

I have decided that it’s time to work off the baby weight. I had a c-section on 8/16/17 and recovery has been tough, on top of having a newborn! Now that I am all healed and cleared to workout by my doctor, it’s time to get to work.

I will be doing the LCHF diet plan, as it has worked wonders for me in the past. My goal is to stay under 70g of carbs per day, lose 25lbs, drink 10+ glasses of water a day and workout 3 times per week. I hope to turn my goals into a lifestyle by April 2018.

I am breast feeding and pumping as well, and
so far have not seen a decrease in my supply.
